AFTER SALE SUPPORT
What types of products can we offer?
Work gloves series: PVC smooth dipped gloves, PVC granular big‑grip gloves, heat‑resistant gloves, cut‑resistant gloves, winter cold‑proof gloves, welding gloves, disposable nitrile/PVC gloves.
Supporting protective goods: PVC aprons, protective arm sleeves, cotton glove liners.
Other workplace PPE: Safety helmets, safety goggles, safety work shoes, dust masks and related safety supplies.
What logistics do we ship through?
Small‑batch & sample orders: Express courier including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. Fast transit for samples and small parcels.
Bulk wholesale orders: Sea freight, air freight, railway freight. For large‑volume PPE goods to keep your cost competitive.
Flexible terms:We mainly support FOB, but if the quantity of goods is large, we can also negotiate other terms.
Customers can also assign their own forwarder to pick up goods at our warehouse.
Can it be customized as per our requirements?
Absolutely, we support brand logo printing and other custom specifications.
Support customization of colors, logos, sizes and packaging, and it can be adapted to various working conditions.
What is our ordering process?
Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation
Tell us your requirements, including product models, sizes, colors, quantity and custom demands (logo, packaging etc.). We offer quotation accordingly.
Sample Confirmation (Optional)
Samples can be provided for quality checking before mass production. Sample cost and freight will be confirmed in advance.
Place Order & Arrange Payment
Once all details are confirmed, we sign the proforma invoice. Arrange deposit payment to start production.
Mass Production & Quality Inspection
Our team carries out strict quality inspection during and after production.
Shipping Arrangement
We arrange shipment by express, sea, air or rail freight as agreed. Provide tracking documents after goods depart.
After‑sales Support
We keep follow‑up after delivery to solve any product‑related issues
What services are included in the after-sales service?
We offer document provision, quality problem handling, product usage consultation and logistics follow‑up. Please note that damages from misuse and improper working conditions are not covered by after‑sales support.
