Description
This is a one-piece full surfing suit with a fine-embossed outer face, so the nylon or super-elastic cloth carries a raised micro-texture instead of the slick finish of a smooth-skin panel. The shell is CR, SCR or SBR neoprene at 3 mm, joined with eight-needle stitching or a four-needle six-thread build, and the suit is finished in black. It is made for surf shops, rental fleets, dive retailers and private-label brands that want a textured suit produced to their own logo, size grading and packing.
Key Features
- Fine-embossed outer face: the raised pattern sits on the outside of the cloth, giving a matte finish, hiding creases and scuffs that show on flat laminate, and adding grip when a board is carried under the arm.
- 3 mm CR, SCR or SBR core: one pattern is built on any of the three foams, so a buyer can set a premium line and an entry price point from one block.
- Super-elastic face cloth: the laminate stretches with the foam across the shoulders and knees, so paddling and duck dives do not load the stitch lines.
- Eight-needle or four-needle six-thread seams: the eight-needle build spreads load over more stitch rows at the shoulders, crotch and knees; the four-needle six-thread option gives a lighter, more flexible join.
- Full-length cut: long sleeves and long legs cover arms and legs against sun, board rash and reef scrapes, with the panel layout held constant from S to 3XL.
- Plain black body: one colourway suits a uniform rental set and gives a clean base for screen print, heat transfer or embroidery.
- S-3XL grading: one pattern runs from S to 3XL, covering larger riders so a fleet can stock a single model.

FAQ
Q: What does fine-embossed mean on this suit?
A: The outer cloth is pressed with a raised micro-pattern, so the surface is textured and matte rather than flat and slick, and scuffs from wax and deck contact show less.
Q: Should we specify eight-needle or four-needle six-thread seams?
A: Eight-needle puts more stitch rows across the shoulders, crotch and knees for fleets that pull suits on and off daily; four-needle six-thread is lighter and more flexible. Both run on the same pattern.
Q: What water temperature suits a 3 mm suit?
A: As a working guide, 3 mm suits water around 18 to 24 degrees C, or warmer water when the wearer feels the cold. It is a wetsuit, not a drysuit.
Q: Can we order our own logo and size grading?
A: Yes. Print, embroidery and labels follow your artwork, sizes can be re-graded to your chart, and orders start at 50 pcs per colour with samples in 7-10 days.
