CR/SCR/SBR Neoprene Sheets

CR, SCR and SBR neoprene sheets are laminated sponge materials supplied in 1 mm to 10 mm thickness with a smooth or embossed face. They are bought by wetsuit and dive-suit makers, repair workshops and industrial converters who cut their own panels instead of ordering finished garments. Q: How do I choose between CR, SCR and SBR?
A: CR, a chloroprene rubber, is the usual choice for dive and surf suit panels; SCR is a chloroprene blend used where material cost matters; SBR is the general-purpose grade for pads, gaskets and promotional parts. Tell us the end use and we quote the grade that fits it.

Q: What is the minimum order?
A: 50 pcs per colour. Send the grade, thickness and surface mix and we confirm the quantity against your sheet size.

Q: Can you die-cut panels to my pattern?
A: Yes. Send a DXF, PDF drawing or a physical sample, and we return sheets, strips or shaped panels labelled by thickness and colour.

Q: How long does an order take?
A: Samples in 7-10 days; bulk production in 25-35 days after sample approval, packed 1 pc per polybag and 40 pcs per carton.
