Description

This full-body drysuit is built as a one-piece shell with the boots sealed into the legs, so entry is a single sealed zip and the body stays closed from neck to sole. The shell is 8 mm compression-resistant CR neoprene, reinforced at the knees and sealed at the neck and wrists. It is made for commercial dive contractors, cave and technical teams, glacier and search-and-recovery operators, and for brands building a heavy-duty dry line under their own label.

Key Features

  • 8 mm compression-resistant CR neoprene resists compression at depth, so the foam keeps its thickness and the insulation you size for at the surface is still there on a long cold dive.
  • Boots are integrated into the legs and sealed in place, so there is no ankle seal to tape or inspect, and one item covers the diver from neck to sole on gravel, ladder rungs and rocky shore entries.
  • Waterproof neck and wrist seals work with the sealed zipper, closing the three entry points before the diver leaves the surface.
  • Reinforced knees add abrasion protection where drysuits wear first: kneeling on rock, working from ladder rungs and contact with pipeline, wreck or harbour structure.
  • Black through the body hides the scuffs, sediment marks and stains that come with engineering and contaminated-water work.
  • One-piece construction gives fleets a single line item to stock and replace, instead of matching a suit to separate dry boots.

FAQ

Q: Are the boots separate, or part of the suit?
A: They are part of the suit. The boots are built into the legs and sealed, so there is no ankle seal to manage and no boot to order separately. Send your boot size range and we grade leg and boot length to match.

Q: What diving conditions is this suit intended for?
A: Cold water, including glacier, cave, engineering and sewage diving. The 8 mm shell and closed neck, wrist and zip system suit long exposures at low temperature and in water where the diver should stay fully covered.

Q: Why specify 8 mm compression-resistant CR rather than a thinner shell?
A: Neoprene foam loses insulating thickness as pressure rises. A compression-resistant CR grade holds more of its loft at depth, which matters on cold, deep or long working dives where a thinner shell would leave the diver short of insulation.

Q: Can we order our own colours, logo and size range?
A: Yes. Black is standard, and custom colourways, print or embroidered logos, XS-XXL grading and boot sizes are made to your specification, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk.
